Who processes the data

What data is collected

Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, a contact for the reply (email or Telegram) and the text of your message. The site collects nothing else about you.

Why

The only purpose is to answer your message. The data is not passed to third parties, not used for mailings and not sold.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored on the site's server in Russia and duplicated as a notification to the artist's personal Telegram. Only Mari has access to them.

For how long

Until the correspondence is finished, but no longer than a year. You can ask for your message to be deleted at any time: write to the address above and it will be removed.

Cookies

The site uses no visitor counters, advertising systems or any other tracking technologies. For an ordinary visitor the site sets no cookies at all. The only cookie appears for the artist herself after signing in to the site's control panel, so she does not have to enter the password on every page.

Your rights

You have the right to know which of your data is stored, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to processing. A letter to maxmarart@gmail.com is enough.

Changes

If the set of collected data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
